Cost Savings from Day 1
Start saving payroll and operations costs TODAY, for example, by implementing the MyAppTeam VTime mobile timesheet application and other essential modules in our ERP Suite. Gone are the days where the tech can charge
- 1 hour to drive to site when it took only 15 minutes
- 4 hours to do a job which should have taken 2 hours
- 14 hours at a site because it took that long to ‘troubleshoot’/’cleanup’
And so on… The VTime app does not let the user enter any start and end times. It merely mandates that the tech take a picture of the starting point and ending point. It does the rest. The app calculates geo lat/long, elapsed time to do a certain task, the max time allocated to the task and sends an alarm signal when the tech has passed the limit. The user cannot enter any time related information. However they can embellish the description of work done on a web portal. The app also provides a history of where the field tech was during the day. The Check-In picture at EACH site requires the technician to show all of his PPE on himself, thereby providing one more check regarding use of safety gear. If the user fails to log in after arrival at site, the app will notify them to log in (needs Site Lat/Long coordinates in the Site Master Table). In addition if the user moves further than a mile from site without logging out, it will either automatically log out or prompt the user to log out (depending on setting).
